Non-Dictatorial Social Welfare Function
The ability to select a social welfare function where there is not a particular individual $d$, such that the social ranking coincides with $d$'s ranking any individual preferences profile.
Lena is helping a band decide on the rule by which its three-member committee ranks the shortlisted songs when choosing the opening song for its tour. The songs are alternatives. The committee members are members. Each member submits a strict ranking of all three songs (no ties). Four rules were tried at n meetings meetings.
