Feasibility in Infinitely Repeated Games

The ability to identify if a payoff is feasible in a Nash equilibrium of an infinitely repeated game.

Question template

Two oil producers, Producer A and Producer B, have agreed on output quotas. Every quarter each producer either sticks to its quota or produces extra. If both stick to their quotas, each earns both y per quarter; if both produce extra, each earns both x per quarter; if one produces extra while the other sticks to its quota, the one that produces extra earns x payoff and the other earns y payoff per quarter. The two producers interact in this way every quarter, forever. Which of the following pairs of long-run average payoffs per quarter is both feasible (it can be obtained as a long-run average of the four outcomes above, by mixing them over time) and individually rational (each producer gets more than it can guarantee itself, which here is the payoff when both produce extra)?
