I am helping who divide the assets of their former business. Each of them spreads 100 points over the items: points They use the adjusted winner procedure: each item first goes to whoever gives it more points; then the person with more points hands items over to the other, starting with the item for which the ratio of their own points to the other's points is smallest, and splits the item at which the totals would cross, so that both end with the same number of points. Which item is split, and how?
